You know yourself the best. When you feel out of sync, when you don’t feel together and integrated in your body and mind – you know it.

But do you act on the same or ignore? Do you allow your stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression build day by day or you resolve it and outgrow?

Watch your thoughts

All this depends on how much selflove you have yourself. Mental health needs as much nurture as physical health. Learn to release your thoughts and empty you mind on a daily basis as a regular mental hygiene.


  1. You can write three pages each night of any thought that is playing on your mind. Just write and throw the papers – don’t revisit them
  2. Get into a meditative state, crystallize your thoughts and release them
  3. Do not let thoughts build up and form reactive emotions – address them
