How we connect with our food is how we connect with nourishment. So, when we eat well and what fulfils us, we give a nudge to our soul and validate its craving. What we put on our plate is our business.
What I bite into is what makes me happy. It is important you feed your soul and not somebody’s opinion because everyone may have a cent or two on what you should put on your plate – but only you know whether you like your egg scrambled or sunny side up.
Eating well and eating consciously is selflove in action.
